Hermes Health is proud to offer patients the opportunity to enroll in our family medicine concierge program - a truly personalized experience, blending top-tier medical expertise with the convenience, discretion, and attention you require.

​As a member, you’ll enjoy:

• Your Doctor, On Call – A private direct line for conversations with your physician—no waiting, no barriers. House calls whenever needed for both routine or more pressing consultations. ​
• Elevated Wellness Exams – Extended, in-depth annual health assessment including blood draw from the comfort of your home with advanced screenings recommendations and a comprehensive review of your well-being.
• Nutrition Planning – Annual one-on-one session with your physician at home or a location of your choosing to design a nutrition plan unique for you. 
• Medical paperwork - Completion of all medical administrative paperwork.
• Hospital Liaison – Should you require admission, your physician remains directly involved, ensuring your care is coordinated at the highest level.
• Global Health Access – Have a peace of mind while you travel. We will be available to guide you in case immediate medical attention is needed. A well equipped travel kit will be provided to you at signup with use instructions. ​

​Hermes Health Boutique Medicine isn’t just medicine—it’s a lifestyle of well-being, precision, and peace of mind.

Participation will be capped to maintain exclusivity and personalized care. Enrollment will close as we reach capacity.

​An initial one on one meeting with your physician will be arranged for you before signup to ensure an organic and optimal doctor patient relationship.

Membership fee is $500 per month per person. This covers unlimited consultations. 

​Does not include, hospitalization, laboratory testing, imaging, pathology, medications, specialists visits and medical procedures.

Enrollment in our family medicine concierge program is not mandatory. You can continue to use your fee for service medical insurance at our clinic's location to schedule both in office and telemedicine visits.
